I have created a Documentary Film called, "Speak the Unspoken", where I gathered 11 of my closest friends and interviewed them about emotionally inclined questions that provided them the oppertunity to speak their unspoken. These are the same questions I asked myself when I was going through my "?" phase. In addition to helping others, launching this movement fuels my passion for what i've been through and inspires other to find comfort in themselves to help others. To gain a better understanding of your own psych, ask yourself these questions.
-What consumes your thoughts when you're experiencing anxiety, stress, disconnection, and/or paranoia?
-Where do you feel the tension, anxiety, discomfort in your body when you are experiencing enigmatic emotions?
-How would you describe confusion, chaos, and/or that "?" feeling?
-Do you have an outlet for physically expressing these emotions, thoughts, or feelings?
-Do you notice more or less of your surroundings when you are being consumed by your creative processes?
-If you were to come across somebody experiencing inner turmoil, what would you say to them?
